Pros

- great bonus packahge
- great benefits
- lots of paralel activites that will take the place of work more easy to drive instead of just working.

Cons

- lots of restructurations that puts all decision on the grown.
- too much burocracy for simple things

Advice to Management

- Listen more to employees and place active action plans to resolve them.

    The pay is good and the people who work there are mostly nice however it is call centre based so employees lack empathy

    Their terms and conditions are misleading

    Pros

    They actually want to make you into a good sales person
    External and internal training are very impressive
    Good people who are driven and know how to have fun
    Complex sale is great if you want to truly learn a solution sale at a young age
    All reps travel so even inexperienced people get to do face 2 face meetings
    If you truly want to be a good salesperson this a great place to start your career
    Top performers get promoted and continually challenged

    Cons

    Lack of work life balance
    Quota is tough to achieve if you are an inexperienced sales person
    Very young management team means that many mistakes are made and internal promotions mean viewpoint is a little myopic
    Job is lower paying and harder than most other jobs in the bay area

    Advice to Management

    management is trying to improve but keeping salaries low means they cannot afford to hire the people that can truly come out of the gates fast. In a similar vein they have lost senior talent to companies willing to provide more autonomy and higher compensation.
