    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Benefits (paid time off, employee leave, health insurance) are pretty good.
You can learn a lot that is applicable in future positions (at least within the marketing industry).

    Cons

    Layoffs happen with frightening regularity.
Company is very top-heavy, upper management is ineffectual and unfocused.
Middle management is more of the same.
Pay freezes, 401K freezes, and forced time off/furloughs are the norm lately.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees. Read those employee surveys and then act on them. When you make bad decisions, admit them and learn from them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

You can learn much about credit and credit reports
Good experience for that better job down the road
    Reasonable benefits

    Cons

    Little chance for advancement
    Dealing with micromanagement
Management's constant emphasis on the negative and nitpickey attitudes towards accomplishments
    Lack of respect from Management
    Not being kept well-informed

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and try not to layoff so many of those with skill and experience. Sometimes you have to pay a little more to keep a good staff in place. Also, quit going on about how wonderful the replacements in Chile are. It's hard enough to watch your coworkers lose their jobs and wonder when you might be next without having to listen to the praises of those who are taking over particularly when their output doesn't begin to match up.
