    I worked at Experis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Experis was my first IT consulting job to work for. Recruiters were very helpful during the hiring process. Hourly rate was average for the IT job I was assigned in SC. Benefits were great although I wasn't on long enough to use them.

    Cons

    There is not much support once your position is done. They will ask you to contact them once your contract ends but don't expect any responses. You're pretty much on your own in job searching.

    Advice to Management

    Implement a better support system for consultants in finding new jobs once their contract is done.
