      Pros

      Good product, not a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      They keep hiring and firing people or just making them leave by treating them horribly. The management don't have a clue and treat employees like slaves, they lie to candidates about job descriptions and promotions possibilities. Bad atmosphere and company culture.       It is close to home

      It was a boring job, I found not interest. The product was old and no innovation. Management did not know how to transfer knowledge. It seemed there was a knowledge gap. No extra bonuses or other terms
