    Pros

    Good atmosphere within th company. Company is constantly on the rise looking at new technology. Has potential to become huge

    Cons

    Political. Unrealistic targets . Due to it being a privately held company there are a lot of shortcuts and unfair treatment of newer staff

    Pros

    Most of the staff are easy to get along with.

    Cons

    The training provided is basic and doesn't help improve overall job performance. Knowledge is not shared between the different team tiers. Lack of progression opportunities due to poor training.
