No Structure

There are several benefits such as work from home and depending on the team they might negotiate with your in and out time. Pay is great during busy season.
Cons
No work life balance due to work at home and the demand of the work. There is no structure in management. Every few months directors and supervisors are moved around due to new organization structures and procedures. This in turn hurts the company because no one knows who the proper person would be to reach out to when they're issues. By the time you do find out that person left or contract expired because they were a contingent employee. Another extremely bad con is that no one knows process or procedure so you're spending a significant amount of time looking for the person or application needed to assist with the assignment that doesn't take 5 minutes to do. They love hiring contract workers for 6 months spans and ending contracts due to budget cuts, so assignments and items are left uncompleted. They love promising contractual employees permanent position but everything is always at a standstill due to constant restructuring of the organization. The pay is disgusting compared to the work load given due to agency taking a big chunk of what should've been paid to you. Recently they've been hiring an over abundance of workers in the Philippines which in turn causes language and comprehension issues.
