Pros

I've worked with the company for a few years--greatly enjoyed and recommended the company in previous departments and positions. The starting pay is decent compared with other similar companies in the city--especially for entry-level jobs. They strive on hiring within so there is room for advancement with the right qualifications, degrees, or experience.

Cons

The moral in certain departments is absolutely terrible--poor leadership from certain managers and bad attitudes spread like wildfire. Feels like a high school environment often.

Advice to Management

The attitudes you bring to the table trickle down to the staff---treat others as you would wish to be treated, or better yet, how you would want your children/family to be treated.

    Pros

This company provides a needed service to the community. They offer a variety of services at each facility and they employ a diverse group of people.

    Cons

There is alot of office politics played at the Corporate office. Advancement is based on who you know and if they like you, not by your qualifications. Advancement must also be approved by your current supervisor. If your current supervisor says no, you are stuck in your current position.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful and courteous to your team. Acknowledge their accompliments and treat each employee fairly. Personal opinions have no place in the office when it comes to work productivity.
