    Pros

Exposure to various natural gas engine OEM's and compression equipment. Decent place to learn, but you'll soon leave as you'll tire of the BS and Business Unit Directors that will lie to your face in a company meeting, while trying to save face with corporate i.e., cutting worker hours in a district that has plenty of revenue...

    Cons

This company used be known for training people by sending them to OEM training so you could improve your knowledge and your career. Pros

The product and shop leaders are good.

    Cons

Andrew (CEO) and senior staff are GE and running a great company in the ground. No respect for anybody but are making a fortune on everybody else.

    Advice to Management

You preach core values but fail to live by them.
