    Pros

Extreme has been a great place to work. Excellent benefits, but comparable to other medium to large companies. Annual Performance reviews with acceptable increases unless you are promoted. In which case Excellent Increases

    Cons

There are good Middle Management and Poor Middle Management. One needs to determine which is which and stay away from the Poor Middle Management if you ever wan to feel as though you are part of a team

    Advice to Management

Managements Salary needs to be based on position and awarded the rest in stock with a 5 year vesting period. If they grow the company, then they should, at that point, reap the benefits and not until then.
