Pros
- The only thing is competitive salary
Cons
- Toxic management that don't believe in what they preach - Implementation of new systems every year for 'safety' that is merely a paraphrased version of the old ones that nobody, even the management don't believe in but act like they do and expect you to play along. These systems are impractical and created by people who don't actually do the job because if they did, they would know we don't have time for this nonsense as our workload is high leading us to rush our other tasks for the day. They claim that leaders can 'halt work' and work using slow brain to implement this system but once any upset happens, they revert back to rushing everything. The words and actions of the management do not add up and cause alot of emotional labour and emotional dissonance for the technicians. - Old timers and seniors have the least responsibility and management turn a blind eye to any non-compliance or mistakes they make. They even get favourable grading irregardless of their mistakes while juniors who have no mistakes and no recordable incidences gets targetted and marked down for little things. The old timers have the least knowledge but act like they know everything, can't even do simple start up tasks and will try to avoid helping as much as possible. PAY AND RESPONSIBILITY DO NOT MATCH. THEY SKEW THE SALARY AVERAGE AND JUNIORS HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT BONUS ARE CUT BECAUSE THE SALARY AVERAGE IS HIGHER. - Most of the management are the batchmates of these old timers so this culture is tolerated. Truly a rubbish organisation to work for.
