Pros

Great compensation. New hires are babied in the beginning and very slowly given new tasks - almost frustrating at times but a comfortable assimilation into a large, new company.

Cons

Difficult to figure out job responsibilities and roles. Processes are extremely slow and IT too strict with technology (behind the times), Easy to get lost in large company atmosphere if you don't have a supervisor helping to pave the way.

Advice to Management

Give more facetime to younger employees and new hires - they're the future! Don't rule out employee growth too early in their career - nobody wants to stagnate.

    Pros

    There are numerous opportunities available.
Rotation helps to learn the company better.
    Overseas exposure
Open working culture and good working environment

    Cons

It is a conservative company. But good for those who want to have a stable working environment. Change is a little slow since it is such a large company.
