I have been working at ExxonMobil for less than a year

    Pros

Great Salary, Ergonomics/Safety focus, Management is really good (transparent for the most part, and understanding), Career advancement, facilities (Houston Campus) are great, cool challenges to solve

    Cons

For IT people (CS, MIS) it's not exactly a tech company, use of Microsoft everything not always a benefit, oil and gas industry not necessarily for everyone, starting vacation time only 2 weeks until year five

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I worked at ExxonMobil for less than a year

    Pros

I got the opportunity to work on a pretty substantial project. I don't think it really added value to the company, but it definitely let me learn a ton about the industry. Also, the group I worked with was great. They were all extremely kind and helpful.

    Cons

    Can't really think of anything.

I worked at ExxonMobil for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of interns, lots of intern events, lots of networking, great professional development opportunities, great benefits, great pay

    Cons

Some parts of the company are still "boy-club"ish and make women feel a bit inferior, also Campus is far from downtown and the only major thing north of Houston proper.
