    Pros

For retail, hours aren't bad. Work/life balance is ok. Clean, professional environment.

    Cons

Unfortunately, too many cons. Communication and support from DM level up is confusing and minimal. Vastly different responsibilities from store to store, depending on size. Manager bonus structure is incredibly cheap. Just had a month where sales were up 15% and profit was up 11k year over year...bonus $150. Sales/kpi budgets too high to achieve and pressure to perform is high.

    Advice to Management

Higher management should be more involved at store level. If a store is performing well, manager bonuses should be better. Don't make adults share hotel rooms on business trips.
