Pros

Company is very family oriented and respects the interests of its employees. My experience was very beneficial and I would recommend the company to anyone seeking employment in the banking industry.

Cons

I honestly do not have much to say for the cons. I really wish that the bank would be more flexible with work hours and permit employees to work from home.

Advice to Management

New database infrastructure needs to be implemented which would enable employees to use personal computers and smart phones to access company intranet.

I have been working at F.N.B. (PA) full-time

    Pros

Overall FNB is a great place to work. You have plenty of opportunity to grow and there is minimal management so you can go out and do your own thing as long as you perform and hit goals.

    Cons

Very little training. You are basically left to fend for yourself and go to monthly meetings that provide little in the area of development.

    Advice to Management

Focus on training your employees. Advancement is possible in the organization but very few employees are prepared for it due to the lack of training.
