    Pros

    -Opportunity to work with smart/intelligent people -Opportunity to wear all sorts of hats while being able to work on all phases of the project. Not confined to just one responsibility -Flat management. Communication open with all level of management and teams

    Cons

    -Biased career growth. The chances of climbing up the ladder is limited only to the those who are buddies with the management -Unrealistic expectations of learning the new system -Training program is comprehensive but almost useless while trying to apply it in a project -Transfer of knowledge is very limited. Only a few actually know how the system works -Even programmers/developers have a difficult time understanding...

    Pros

    Many learning opportunities, smart people, interesting work and tech, good client-facing experience.

    Cons

    Old boys club, outdated culture, Mad Men in the 21st century (not in the fun way).

    Advice to Management

    Modernize the culture. Advocate and look out for your employees. The same stuff that makes it fun for some makes it uncomfortable for others.
