You can make a whole lot of money working overtime and the work is enjoyable as well as a Vehicle Crash Engineer. Also there is chance to improve your people management skills.
Cons
They would pressure you to work 7 days a week and longer hours everyday, there is too much politics going on here and there and you have to do some sort of politics if you wanna survive. There is a strong rumor that most of the people are racist there.

Pay, insurance, better job security than most.
Cons
Toxic Coworkers Toxic Management Lazy Union Broken Machines Skilled Trades Can't Fix Anything Harassment Stalking Bullying I have worked on the assembly line and in machine production for this company over a decade. It is BY FAR the worst job/work environment I have ever experienced. They go through management INCREDIBLY FAST, so supervisors really have no idea what they're doing and are easily manipulated by bad employees. The older management that does stay is so jaded they literally don't care anymore. Most union reps could care less too, they're just doing their time until retirement. In my time working here I've: been stalked, had my car egged in the parking lot, had lunches thrown in the trash, and been reprimanded for literally blowing my nose. Avoid this company at all costs. The pay and benefits are wonderful for the Midwest but honestly, you'll be miserable working here.
