Pros

Great pay after a few years there. Great benefits and pretty good union. Working at the assembly plant is way nicer than a mopar parts plant. They are way too small and the management has way too much control and if you happen to get a supervisor who doesn’t like you, then you are screwed!! Lately it’s not what it used to be to be a Chrysler worker.

Cons

Don’t expect to be treated like a human being working here. You are a number or robot and when you get hurt you are no longer of use to them. Once you get to top pay be careful…they start looking for reasons to let you go.
