You get 4 points for a whole year if you come late that's a whole point If you issue a day that's a whole point they expect you to work at least 6 days every week and the expect and tell you do not take any days off in the 2 years contract they purposely make it hard for tpt to become full time they no a group of 60 people gone have 10 at the end of the 2 years fca is cheap on the employees 20% of they work forces is part time but they making cars people can't even afford 24hrs a day and they on this bs and the pay is 15.78 you can work at any of their suppliers and get more easily fca offers no flexibility your first 2 years it is not worth it at all to work here when I have the money saved to quit I will this slave contract not worth it they unorganized and management is incompetent to do they job I sat in a lunch room my first month every day and hr is a complete joke pay roll a joke they give you numbers to call and they don't answer the phone and the union rep well the whole union is a bunch of old people that's out of connection with the young workers why they come up with that bs tpt contract and the union rep is full of it she ack like she don't no wtf going on when you have a problem I don't understand how fca make even 1 car with all the dysfunctional people here
