I have been working at FDIC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best workplace in the Federal Government

    Cons

A Government salary is fine at the FDIC, but it is still a Government salary. Additionally, the culture is very fixed and resistant to change - even for the better. The knowledge within the Corporation is very stale.

    Advice to Management

Be more professional and seek outside knowledge.
