    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at FDM Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    * Friendly colleague and staff * Decent training * Free coffee! * The Development stream was an excellent way to get your 'foot inside the door' both for newly graduates and for career changers.

    Cons

    * Not a con as such but applicants need to keep in mind that it does not offer a 100% sure Guarantee of job placement! FDM trains you and gets you interview with high calibre potential employers so your success will depend on your own performance during training and during the interviews. * Thin "walls" so it can get quite noisy * Equipment / some facilities could be better or needs updating ; e.g. make it easier...

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at FDM Group for more than a year

    Pros

-They provided the opportunity for me to learn a lot about programming, opportunities that I would have difficulties having in my home country. -Opportunity to work for big time companies(JP Morgan, etc.) -Different departments(Account Managers, Payroll, HR) all do their best to support you. -I have a story, its about an issue with my pay. I approached different departments about it and they all did their best to help...

    Cons

More of an advice if you want to join them. -Be sure to network -Save up money for the initial 2 year contract, just in case you get relocated to a different state

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at FDM Group for more than a year

    Pros

It is an opportunity. You have to start somewhere, and they do introduce you all the big banks.

    Cons

The $30,000 indentured servitude contract that you sign is not worth the low quality training they provide. Pay is also really low.
