I have been working at FINRA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tremendous work life balance, decent pay and benefits

    Cons

Relatively weak management and a workforce with a limited understanding of the industry they regulate. Innovation and creativity are not an accepted part of the corporate DNA and the pace can be excruciatingly slow.

    Advice to Management

Embrace change and recruit aggressively from the outside. The insular culture has fostered an environment where very little linkage between performance and reward exists. Outsource IT immediately.
