I worked at FIS full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great new account management team. Very supportive.

Cons

Extremely poor management style. Over communication, to much detail and paperwork. Example: management drilled all the account managers prior to meeting with their customers at annual company conferences.

Advice to Management

Need to hire new management with better skills.

    I have been working at FIS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    I get to stay abreast of leading edge technology and I work with a great group of people.
    The company management makes a real effort to keep employees informaed of the company direction and goals.

    Cons

    There are occasional instances where we need to work outside of the normal operational hours which can require one to work some crazy hours.
