Product Dev is slow to react to market demands and client experience is awful....hard to put your head on your pillow and continue to sell the solutions knowing how awful the engagement will be after the sale both with professional services who are spread extremely thin and have weak project management guidelines and will often bill for services that haven't been agreed to. Impossible to find a reference. Sales Culture has changed here over the past several years and the CRM is horrible
