    Pros

    Career mobility, remote work, fantastic benefits, tuition reimbursement, student loan pay back program, good people, A ton of PTO.

    Cons

    Internal disorganization, lack of standard processes (these are constantly developing because of how quickly things change in IT), high stress, fast pace

    Pros

    - Very large company with great benefits (3 weeks PTO starting day one) - $150 per month contribution to pay for student loans - Lots of upward mobility in all types of functional areas - Work is fulfilling, it often feels like I can see where my progress goes in the real world - The talent you work with on a daily basis exposes you to all types of backgrounds in the financial industry

    Cons

    - Too large of a company, things change hands frequently - Work life balance varies by position and season - No formal training on skill related tasks, need to fail in order to learn some competencies - All employment is performance based, you can be cut at any time if your department isn't hitting numbers. While this can happen at any company, eliminating positions in a larger company is more frequent.
