Pros

Great pay lots of overtime lots of breaks no management all over you looking down your sleeve you can eat snacks listen to music and workk three days a week if you want.

Cons

you have to stand the whole time and get to work an hour early also you have to wait 30 minutes and do nothing

Advice to Management

start paying attention to detail maybe you will find more workers and get more work done also put more tissue in the restroom

    Pros

    Work from home with appx 30-50% travel and a good group of individuals to work with.

    Cons

    Mediocre benefits, not much room for advancement, no guidance or focus on employee's career path, compensation is not adequate for the job description, and job training needs to be significantly improved. Finally, need to establish for every business unit a tuition reimbursement plan.

    Advice to Management

    Re-establish a rewards and recognition program, provide tuition reimbursement not just for the children of the employees but for the employees themselves to help them move forward in their careers. Provide opportunities for growth and better training opportunities.
