        Pros

I love working at FIS because the managers I have worked under have always been very supportive and I feel like the work matters.

        Cons

There have been times where I have had to learn on the job because the training didn't fully prepare me.

          Pros

FIS offers a comprehensive employee stock program that allows employees to share in the company's success. The benefits package at FIS is competitive, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks that contribute to a positive work-life balance. FIS places importance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, providing employees with the flexibility to manage their professional and personal lives. FIS operates on a global scale, providing opportunities for employees to work on diverse projects and collaborate with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

          Cons

One significant drawback is the perceived limited opportunities for career advancement within the company. Advancement paths may not be as clear or accessible, potentially leading to stagnation for some employees. Communication channels within the company may not always be transparent or efficient, which can create challenges in understanding the overall direction and goals of the organization. Depending on the department, employees might face heavy workloads, potentially leading to burnout and negatively impacting the work-life balance that the company values. FIS has a hierarchical organizational structure that may hinder open communication and collaboration, making it difficult for employees at lower levels to have their voices heard.

I’m new to this data analyst part of tech. I’m trying to break in but it’s been difficult. Can anyone help me with what to expect for interview questions for my position?

Is there an ‘active job seeker’ icon for recruiters on LinkedIn the way there is an ‘actively recruiting’ icon for job seekers?

        Senior Resource Manager

Last Thursday and Friday I interviewed with 2 hiring managers for 2 different companies. Both of them said they’d like me to progress to the next interview and the recruiter would reach out. One company said they wanted a offer out this month so it would be a quick process. I sent thank you emails and references. I haven’t heard from either recruiter. I had the recruiter screening and hiring manager interview just days apart, I thought I’d hear back by now. Thoughts?!
