    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at FLIR full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

It's great to be part of development of "real" products, with mechanics, optics, electronics and software development all in one place. Great place for engineers with families.

    Cons

Engineering is continually over-allocated, this can be really frustrating sometimes. Q&A sometimes suffers due to this. Still, it's better than if there was nothing to do.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so twitchy. Allocate resources that match product development ambitions.
