    I worked at FMC full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Beautiful building, some departments offer amazing work/life balance with working from home, flex hours (depends on manager). Room for growth. Education assistance available. Some departments feel like family.

    Cons

    Work/life balance is completely different based on which department you sit in. Seniority doesn't help when it comes to layoffs. CEO blatantly lies about strategy to employees during town halls - no wonder employees don't trust him.

    Advice to Management

    People used to stay their entire careers, that is no longer the case. Look internally to see all the issues leading to your retention problem.

      The people that work here are very catty, always talking about someone else to get them further, very politically driven, many people are very condescending, work load day to day is not consistent
