    The salaries are fair, and the people are great!

    Cons

    There does not seem to be any regard for family and work balance. Most employees are overwhelmed by the amount of tasks that they are responsible for.

    Advice to Management

    Promote and hire more U.S. employees.

    Pros

    They pay good, most of the people were great to work with, casual work environment (yes, we could wear jeans to work).

    Cons

    Lean staffing, long hours and little recognition for your efforts. No consistency with policies, annual performance reviews a joke, a majority of managers didn't even bother doing them.

    Advice to Management

    Implement consistent policies,ensure the performance evaluations are mandatory for all employees, weed out inept managers, investigate complains of unethical manager behavior.
