Awful organisation to work for - Anonymous employee FOUR PAWS Employee Review

This is the worst NGO I worked for. Absolutely no respect for staff, their security and well being. No training opportunities, very little compensation for travel expenses, having to share a bed with someone you never saw before while on work trips, not being paid for part of the work supplied, the list could go on and on... The organisation employs very young and inexperienced people in high responsibility positions only to sack them shortly fter when they don't manage to keep up - surprisingly!!
