Pros

Great content created; good group of employees; very little bureaucracy compared to other studios in town; not a lot of busywork

Cons

No jobs being added, only replacement of attrition; doesn't have its digital house in order; still plenty of favoritism/nepotism at the top levels

Advice to Management

Take even bigger risks than you already are; don't feel burned by the FIM/Myspace errors, keep forging a strong digital path

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

the idea of working for a Television station sounded exciting, and that is how they sold it. Turns out not to be the case.

    Cons

Hard core pressure sales. Zero training, thrown in, expected to produce. Office was dilapidated, old and out-dated. Embarrassing to bring prospective-clients in, knowing they expected a glamours TV studio, only to find mildew smelling cubicles and mid 90ies set-up, and expecting them to cough up $90,000 for a Ad campaign. Joke. Too much infighting among upper-level management

    Advice to Management

Train your people!! Put some pride in the work space. If the Leadership finds no purpose to improve the working conditions and quality then how do they expect the sales force to feel motivated to bring home the big fish? Increase salary so employees can pay for all the gas used to drive to prospects and lunches one is expected to pay for!?
