    Pros

    - International
    - Small, thus easy to find your way, easy to access info/people
    - Flexible work culture, no rigid rules, no strict policies.Good ideas and creativity win.
    - Management is 'human'
    - You are visible with your success and faults. So, it's for people who like to act, operate, go ahead, take responsibility for every possible outcome, good and bad.

    Cons

    - Not the best pay
    - Benefits are ok (mostly depending on the country)
    - Difficult to adjust if you look for a very structured environment with every little thing is put on paper
    - Difficult for graduates, because it does not offer the luxurious period of time to wander around and learn and no chic/ pseudo graduate programs ( as offered in other companies) . You learn on the job but you have to be smart and quick.

    Advice to Management

Enjoyed working there. Keep up the good work!:)

I worked at FRS Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Product management learning - how a global software product is managed
    2. One of the best cos. in regulatory reporting - works on cutting-edge regulations

    Cons

    1. There is absolutely no process or policy in the co.
    2. An employee can be fired at any point of time as per the wishes of the managers
    3. Managerial quality is very poor - low quality people are promoted as sr. managers, people who hardly understand regulations are made managers
    4. It works on proprietary technology - it means this technical experience has no value in market
    5. Every good assignment is led from Belgium or UK
    6. Pune FRS staff have been made redundant - they are forced to stay here as the kind of experience they have got, they will not get job anywhere
    7. Its a very small co. with globally only 450 people and in Pune around 100 people, but the politics is of very low level
    8. FRS is now acquired by WKFS and there is no FRS brand now
    9. Belgian management is too scared to take bold steps to WKFS (of US) presence
    10. Top guns from have been fired left, right and center
    11. An employee can be fired in flat 1 day and the employee's previous track record will also not be considered
    12. IF YOU WANT TO DESTROY YOUR CAREER AND WORK ON THE MERCY OF FRS OLD TIMERS IN PUNE (there are very many!), THEN ONLY JOIN THIS CO.

    Advice to Management

    1. Place real good and strong people on managerial levels
    2. Place a strong hand from outside FRS
    3. Evaluate the experiences and backgrounds of old timers - what exp. they have got and from where they came to FRS
    4. Because of S1 HR's involvement in the past, there are a lot of redundant employees in FRS - FRS was once an S1 co.
