They pay huge, but better reason is the challenge one faces during work.

Cons

Most of the conditions are favorable.

I have been working at Facebook as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome perks and sense of purpose. High impact. Low bureaucracy even as the company grows. It's fun to work on a product that your friends and family use.

    Cons

High stress. High work hours (60-80 hours). Expected to always be available. No 401k plan. Social is getting a bit played out. Sometimes I long to work on cool projects like self driving cars or mobile payments.

    Advice to Management

Work-life balance is increasingly important as Facebook matures. There is no longer IPO money to motivate new employees to give their life to the company.
