Former Employee - Non-CSR in Phoenix, AZ
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at FacilitySource full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only pro is the camaraderie among employees who are trying to survive the incompetence of upper management.

    Cons

CEO is completely disengaged from the employees. CFO is a nightmare. As others have stated, this is a good old boys club and women and minorities are not treated fairly. The atmosphere is chaotic with no processes or training for non-CSR positions. No 401K.

    Advice to Management

Fire yourselves and hire people who are qualified to be in the positions.

    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    I worked at FacilitySource

    Pros

PTO is generous. Bill Hayden is a great CEO. Lunch is provided regularly. Development classes available. Lots of opportunities to move up if you’re motivated.

    Cons

Associate Buyers are just glorified call center reps. You’re expected to be on the phone for at least 3 hours per day. I agree with others on here that some people aren’t meant to be Managers and for whatever reason they’re kept around.

    Advice to Management

Listen to all your employees, not just those in positions of power.
