Great culture, smart people, innovative and forward thinking company.
Cons
onboarding for external hires is cumbersome as the workstation is massive and takes quite a while to learn how to use. the team is spread across the country so it's tough to come in with 0 knowledge of the product. I will say the company is actively working on improving the onboarding and learning process.
