    Pros

    some nice people. salary is fairly competitive. the company is trying to grow but doesn't know how to. some offices have their processes together.

    Cons

    processes are non-standard and all over the place. revolving door on executive leadership. lack of strategy. disconnected head quarters who are clueless on how the rest of the company is actually operating.

    spend more time in the states that you actually provide service in
