Current Employee - Manufacturer in South Portland, ME
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Its very much a team environment at fairchild, where you can come to depend on others to share the work load with. There isn't much stress that comes along wiht the job, as long as you do what you're supposed to you'll be fine.

    Cons

Starting pay isn't very high and form what I've heard it takes a while to start earning some good money. Unless you went to school for computer engineering or have taken courses in cmputer programming finding career growth withnin the company may be a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Place more importance on planning and logistics when structuring each site.
