Pros

Incentives were nice. Did not micro manage. That's about all I can say about the pros.

Cons

Management was no help its employees. Some were rather rude. Got little feedback when asked questions.

Advice to Management

    Pros

Good place to gain experience ONLY. You can learn a lot. The office is clean, there is a really nice break-room.

    Cons

Benefits SUCK! Managers SUCK! They gossip about EVERYONE in there. Managers say coordinators are not performing, but fail to realize that they are a reflection of them. They want "professionalism" but are not professional at all! No organization or structure. Employees are NOT valued. No raises, and if there are, everyone gets the same raise. Good performance does NOT matter goes unnoticed, unless it is bad then you get reprimanded (of course the bad cannot go unnoticed!). Managers are too focused on their personal lives, will be late and absent all the time, but complain about coordinators doing anything similar.

    Advice to Management

Be professional and you will get professional. Be fair, because you are not.

    Pros

Bonuses once a year, 1 hour lunch, stability, long term

    Cons

No 401k match, 3 sick days off per year, no pay raises as of 2016, no growth, no fun very uptight, no headsets allowed to listen to music

    Advice to Management

Happy employees are loyal employees and will thrive with the company; recognize and reward your employees, listen to them. Add a survey box to see what employees really think could be improved to better the company, ask for input this can allow a insight for the company to reshaping and creating a more positive and creative work environment so employees won't feel as if their going to jail instead of work. Keeping a strong happy team together Will only help the company prosper.
