I have been working at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

If there's a good management, and good follow-up with your work, you can go far.

Cons

Because of the management in my case, I'm Still in the same position over 12 years working with them, without having any promotion. But it's not like that for all.
Since now Fairmont only managed almost all the Hotels mean they are not the owner, It's not
the same as before as far for the working environment.

Advice to Management

Management should take time to evaluated their employees and knowing what there are doing extra
for Fairmont. Depending where you work or witch department you work, there is some lack of recongnition.
