    Pros

    Resources abound, pay sales very well

    Cons

    Politics. Grew too fast. demand too much from corporate and not enough from sales. Unkept promises. Lacking experienced management. Quick to judge

    Advice to Management

    Trust the right people, more. Focus on quality of growth instead of just the luster of it. Defend your core values (all of them) better and don't break promises. Be consistent in how you promote and evaluate job expectations and delivery more closely.
