I love the company culture there. People are nice and work efficiently.

Offices space is small. Ceilings are not high enough. Easy to get loss in the office buildings.

    Great compensation and benefits, interesting work.

    Petty management, lots of rot in middle management, corporate culture still very old-school.

    Advice to Management

    Remove the bureaucratic layers of management to make way for more staff and lower level managers; get rid of poor performers and bad people managers.

    Politics, back-stabbing, poor communication, lack of consistent direction for the organization resulting in mass confusion

    Simplify reporting, reduce complexity, hire people internally to do the work rather than overpriced consultants so you can build organizational capacity
