Pros

A great group of people and environment.

Cons

Work Hard, Play Hard but more of a work harder attitude. Expectation is 46 hours a week not including lunch/breaks. Always a select few who get noticed as the "golden boys" until they make a mistake.

Advice to Management

Listen and pay more attention to the hard workers that go in day in and out, all hours of the day and weekends they are the ones that get things done.

    - The Farm Credit system is an interesting place and a noble cause

    Cons

    - While billed as a "tech company", technology decisions lack direction
    - A high focus on Customer Service, but CSS is viewed as a dead end job

    Pros

    ... ... ... ... ...

    Cons

Corrupt, unaccountable, unappreciative and downright mean. If they treated their customers the way they treated their contractors, they'd be in permanent litigation.

    Advice to Management

    Fire your VP.
Treat ALL future hires with respect and empathy. You'll find they're much more productive.
