I worked at Farmers Insurance Group full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Some really great co-workers. It was a really great place to be when it still had that Foremost feel to it.

    Cons

This company is strictly about the numbers. Pay less on claims. Give less on raises. Cut departments down. Slash experienced high level performers. You want to work for a big corporation - here you go.

    Advice to Management

Nothing - you have it all figured out. Save your own (ahem) and cut everyone else's (ahem).

Oh yeah, quit trying to pretend that you give a (ahem) about "work/life balance". You're not kidding anyone w/ that nonsense.
