I have been working at Farmers Insurance Group full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

I've only been with the company for 10 months, but my time here thus far has been positive. My manager and colleagues have been supportive and has made me feel a part of the recruiting team. I like how my manager acknowledges the hard work that I do and value my opinion. Everyone I have met so far at Farmers has been friendly and helpful without hesitation. Although the company is large, I know many people on a first name basis and I am proud to say that I am a part of the Farmers family.

Cons

The culture is a bit outdated and could use newer technology and advertisement ie. college fairs, company events etc...

I have been working at Farmers Insurance Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I started as an intern with Farmers Insurance, summer before my Senior year of College. I created a great network of mentors and friends. Many of my mentors (upper management) became close friends of mine and even attended my graduation celebrations. After graduation they gave me a call about an opening and I came running back! I have been happy here and feel very fulfilled.

    Cons

Some downsides would be the location, not easy access to the freeway. Also the overall culture is an older company culture, vs a new and upcoming company.

    2. Good working environment.
    3. Growth potential.

    Cons

It's a tough industry, agents are under a lot of pressure, if you can't achieve the expected goal, you quit.
