Used to be a Great Place to Work

For a long time, with the last CEO, it really was a great place to work. They pivoted and made decisions with the employees in mind. They shared performance bonuses with their employees. They promised fully and permanently remote positions, and encouraged us to make our homes work friendly.
Cons
Now there's a new CEO. And he decided to break that promise and his employees trust. One of his first decisions as CEO was to break the news that people within 50 miles of an office were now required to come in 3 times a week.
