    Easy going job. Not much technological advanced. Good for very binning stage of career.

    Pros

    Great Part Time Opportunities
    Good Job for a college student
    Really learn different aspects of running a business
    Promotion are typically considered within first

    Cons

    District Manager can micromanage a lot
    Really not decentralized decision making, district managers try to have a foot in everything
    A lot of hard work and not great Sales pay
    Benefits could be better
    There goal is to benefits there pockets more then the customer (vending machines or customers that don't need them, and bin stock for smaller customers that don't need them)

    Advice to Management

    Trust your store manager more, stop dictating everything that is done within there branch
