      Pros

      Learn a basic understanding of financial services. Good comms structure. Other sales guys are a good laugh

      Cons

      Higher management really have no clue how to look after, train or reward their long term staff. Very low salary inclusive of super - and no salary increase available or offered unless you resign. No performance reviews. They have their favourites who get all the leads.

      Pros

      Overall walked in fresh and had very little knowledge about stocks or shares. But under roger it was an amazing journey to learn from scratch. And be good at what you do with the knowledge

      Salary very minimum, management structure very dodgy
