Pros
The pay was not bad for the work you did, They do also give you a fair opportunity to move up in the company as long as you have good attendance. Within 6 weeks you could become a trainer,
Cons
The Hours were bad. I worked the Sunrise shift (starts at 3;30am, part time) and you never really knew when you would get out. some times you worked 3 hours sometimes 6, so your checks were not consistent. I also felt the work conditions were not good at all!! The belts the boxes shot down from were also broken and causing boxes to fly off the belts and pile up when work got heavy causing unsafe work environments. Another con is the Weather, if it is -3 outside it is probably that inside as well. you froze the heaters did not do anything to help at all. And in the summer the fans did not blow any air. I also feel some of the management needs to be changes ASAP! Most of them do not do their jobs and control their areas, all they do is talk and play on their phones.
