Pros

Salary is pretty good. That's the only positive I can give.

Cons

- If you want to be treated like a professional, don't work here. Managers treat you like children.
 - Expect to be told you are working, not asked, on your days off.
 - Expect your job duties to be undefined.
 - Expect not to be trusted and micro-managed. Daily status meetings, status reports and constant badgering about what you are working on.

Over 4 years here and it has been a very bad experience.

Advice to Management

I couldn't even begin to give advice. The I.T. managers do not have I.T. backgrounds. The I.T. project managers do not have I.T. backgrounds. Enough said.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Benefits, great pay, career advancement.

    Cons

Classical Management, Mass Communication, and HR is only a way to encourage you to work harder. Uncertain of why they have them. I feel that the interview process is not based on how well you do on the interview but unethically chosen from a favorite worker they have. I went out for a package handler trainer position, and one of the managers through the grapevine said that the guy that got the job did horrible in the interview. Also i don't understand how someone gets a promotion with a horrible criminal background???

    Advice to Management

Build more of a relationship with the employees that help you tremendously!!!! I feel that are SORT MANAGER degrades a lot of our employees!!! He may wonder why he has few hard workers!!

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    International compnay
    Locations all across the US
    Recession proof business
    Many different positions among mgnt

    Cons

    Average pay
    Long hours
Holiday season can be very hectic
    Expectations sometimes very unrealistic

    Advice to Management

For the commitment expected from the mgmt there should be more compensation. Also provide the correct resources so that the goals that are set dont become often unrealistic.
