    Pros

People are great and hard working. Training is adequate. Flexibility is good. Work and Life balance is good.

    Cons

Direction of sales force and compensation plan changes constantly. Company's direction seems to be scattered no central focus. Too many cumbersome, redundant systems. Develop better compensation plans across the board

    Advice to Management

Develop clear and defined direction. Develop a consistent and fair sales plan. Reduce redundant systems for reporting

    Pros

Has a military discipline about its goals...

    Cons

...but a higher than expected employee turnover problem.

    Advice to Management

Opening salaries are enough to scare off qualified people, especially seasoned workers with well formed work ethics. You shouldn't keep trying to attract qualified workers at such a low entry level wage. You can't keep expecting to grow with these1970 minimum wage policies.
